Job summary

7H Portfolio Hotels is seeking a Housekeeping Team Member in Elgin to join our hospitality team. You will clean guest rooms to a high standard, replenish amenities, report issues, and uphold brand standards.

You'll follow health and safety guidelines, maintain a tidy housekeeping trolley, respect guest privacy, and work to daily room quotas while supporting colleagues to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms to a high standard, including beds, bathrooms, and surfaces
• Replenish amenities, towels, and linens according to standards
• Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly
• Follow cleaning checklists and brand standards
• Maintain a clean and organised housekeeping trolley
• Respect guest privacy and handle lost property appropriately
• Follow health & safety and COSHH guidelines at all times
• Work efficiently to meet daily room quotas and timings
• Support team members and respond to guest requests when needed
