ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Customer Services Operator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting guests across the entire Bamford Collection. From handling enquiries to managing bookings, you’ll ensure every guest receives a seamless, personalised, and memorable experience.

Please note: This role includes some evening and weekend work on a rota basis. Shifts run between 8:00am–6:30pm Monday to Friday, and 9:00am–5:30pm on weekends.

Salary: £28,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Kingham, Oxfordshire

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Champion the Bamford Collection by sharing your knowledge and passion with every guest
  • Convert enquiries into bookings through exceptional product knowledge and confident upselling
  • Stay informed about availability, events, promotions, and special offers
  • Deliver warm, efficient, and engaging service throughout every stage of the guest journey
  • Provide solutions with a calm, proactive, and professional approach
  • Ensure returning guests and VIPs receive personalised recognition and care
  • Handle concerns or complaints effectively, following our procedures to ensure satisfaction
  • Communicate clearly, courteously, and within our agreed SLAs
  • Adhere to all H&S and GDPR requirements, completing mandatory training on time
  • Maintain meticulous accuracy and attention to detail across all tasks
  • Confidently use all systems and platforms across the Bamford Collection
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across departments to ensure flawless operations
  • Contribute to a positive, motivated team culture with energy and a can-do attitude
