Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Resolve client and guest maintenance or service issues.
  • Maintain a customer-centric and perfectionist approach.
  • Manage extension requests for clients when needed.
  • Deliver monthly guest services reports to management.
  • Be the guest's point of contact during their stay.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement agreed ideas.
  • Send out extension requests and move-out instructions.
  • Update the IssueTrak portal for reported in-house guest issues.
  • Cover emergency out-of-hours telephone line for urgent cases.

Job description

Oasis Corporate Housing seeks energetic, outgoing individuals who want to work in a fun, fast-paced environment, facilitating superior guest experiences. This is a full-time home-office-based position from the team member’s remote home office (all home office furniture and equipment will be provided).

Roles and Responsibilities :
First Priority
  • Resolve reported client and guest maintenance and / or service issues
  • Maintain an over-the-top “customer-centric” and “perfectionist” approach in all roles and responsibilities
  • Manage and complete extension requests for clients when needed
  • Work with other Guest Services Associates to create, maintain, and deliver a monthly guest services report to management
  • Carry out our 5-point contact process and be our guests’ point of contact through their time in temporary housing.
  • Identify areas for process improvement, develop “buy-in” for ideas for all stakeholders, and implement those ideas that are collectively agreed upon
Second priority
  • Send out extension requests and move-out instructions
  • Regularly update Oasis’s IssueTrak portal for any reported issues that in-house guests have raised
  • Cover the emergency out-of-hours telephone line, providing support for urgent cases when required
