Your Day-to-Day

No two days are the same! Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating a welcoming workplace: Walk the floor to support staff, maintain tidy shared spaces, and assist proactively where needed
  • Reception & guest support: Provide a seamless front-of-house experience and assist with events
  • Managing daily operations: Oversee mail, courier deliveries, stationery supplies, lockers, and kitchen areas
  • Point of contact for facilities issues: Log work orders, track requests, and coordinate solutions
  • Promoting safety & wellbeing: Report hazards, support fire procedures, and uphold Mitie\'s QHSE standards
  • Supporting the team: Assist with reports, audits, service delivery reviews, and cover holidays/training periods
