A leading hospitality group in Brighton seeks a Nights Guest Service Assistant to ensure outstanding guest experiences. You will support the hotel in meeting brand metrics, build relationships with guests, and follow SOPs to provide consistent hospitality. The role
Our Nights Guest Service Assistants are responsible for ensuring every guest receives a safe, outstanding experience during out-of-hours. This role reports directly to the Guest Service Manager and is part of a team based from our attractive hotel in Holiday Inn Leamington Spa-Warwick.
