Genting Casinos UK Ltd is seeking friendly hospitality team members to join our bars and restaurants. You will deliver excellent customer service while following company procedures, health and safety and hygiene regulations in a fast-paced setting.

Duties include cash handling, till operation, preparing and serving food and drinks, and clearing tables. You must be flexible to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, with opportunities for development and a range of employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service to customers in bars and restaurants.
• Follow company procedures, processes and health and hygiene regulations.
• Be flexible to work a variety of shifts including night shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional customer care while adhering to all company procedures and health and safety and hygiene regulations.
• Be an effective team player who contributes to business improvement.
• Till operation and cash handling.
• Prepare and serve food and drinks ensuring a high standard of presentation.
• Clearing tables of cutlery and glasses etc. from customers ensuring all items are washed/cleaned and stored correctly.
• Being flexible and able to work a variety of shifts including night shifts and weekends.
