A prominent hotel management company in London is looking for a Guest Service Manager on a maternity cover basis. The role involves leading a team to ensure exceptional guest experiences and satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a passion for service, and experience in team development. This full-time position offers an annual salary of £30,887, along with various employee benefits including healthcare and continuous training.
Guest Service Manager, Maternity Cover (12 months) – The Lincoln Suites, Kingsway (Holborn)
Our 2 Apart‑Hotels are based in the heart of London – The Lincoln Suites in Holborn & Stow Away in Waterloo. Both properties together have 74 suites & studio apartments fully equipped with everything our guests will need to make themselves settle in and feel at home – a comfy bed, an efficiently designed kitchenette and space to unwind as well as laundry facilities on site.

Reporting to the Senior Duty Manager, you will lead our team on shift to deliver exceptional guest experiences, placing our guest satisfaction at the heart of our team service. You will do this through being a great team leader, motivating and coaching your colleagues to deliver our world of care promise. Above all else you will bring a sense of fun and optimism to your role, helping to maintain a positive atmosphere that exists across our teams.
