Job Type: Part Time - 30 hours per week

The Role of Food & Beverage Assistant

The Guest Service Assistant Food & Beverage will be responsible for providing a warm welcome to our guests at the Food & Beverage outlets. They will ensure high standards of service, work collaboratively and safely, and deliver exceptional customer service to create memorable experiences.

An eye for detail and a passion for guest satisfaction make this a rewarding role for someone eager to impact the guest experience positively. The role involves variety, including working in restaurant, bar, and event settings.

Ideally, the Guest Service Assistant Food & Beverage will have experience in Food & Beverage service and a drive to create great guest experiences. We support your development and growth in skills and knowledge to advance your career.

This position reports to the Food & Beverage Manager and is suitable for someone with demonstrable customer service experience, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
