Job summary

Kew Green Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Assistant for our Holiday Inn Swindon location. You will be trained to cover guest-facing areas, from reception to restaurant and events, supporting a welcoming guest experience.

You’ll report to the Guest Service Manager, learn fast, and develop skills in hospitality while delivering outstanding service. Full training and internal development programmes are provided.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for people and hospitality. Experience is great, but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to work as part of a team.
• A proactive approach. You notice what needs to be done and make it happen.
• Comfortable using technology, including MS Office and similar tools.

Our Guest Service Assistants are at the heart of the guest experience, making sure every visitor feels welcome and cared for. You’ll receive full training to work across all guest-facing areas of the hotel, from reception to food and beverage, making this the perfect opportunity to kick start your career in hospitality.

Other businesses may call this role Receptionist, Food & Beverage Assistant, Guest Experience Assistant, or Hotel Services Assistant.

This role reports directly to the Guest Service Manager.
