Job summary

Holiday Inn Express Stansted Airport is looking for Guest Service Assistants who will welcome guests and help across reception, restaurant, and events. You’ll receive full training to work across all guest-facing areas and start your hospitality career with a supportive team.

You’ll build genuine guest relationships, handle check-ins and service tasks as needed, and enjoy development opportunities, staff discounts, gym access, and wellbeing support as part of a friendly, customer-focused hotel.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for people and hospitality. Experience is great, but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to work as part of a team.
• A proactive approach. (You notice what needs to be done and make it happen!)
• Comfortable using technology, including MS Office and similar tools.

Our Guest Service Assistants are at the heart of the guest experience, making sure every visitor feels welcome and cared for. You’ll receive full training to work across all guest-facing areas of the hotel, from reception to food and beverage, making this the perfect opportunity to kick start your career in hospitality.

This role reports directly to the Guest Service Manager.
