Responsibilities

• Assist with luggage, transport arrangements, and general enquiries.
• Maintain a polished lobby presence and support front-of-house operations.
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Work collaboratively with Reception, Concierge, and other departments to deliver seamless service.
• Uphold brand standards and ensure a safe, clean, and inviting environment.

Qualifications
