About The Role

We’re looking for passionate people to join our Butlin’s Team at Skegness. Our teams create unforgettable experiences for our guests, and we are currently seeking team members for our Guest Services department. Working alongside a fantastic team, we will support you to gain skills and confidence to excel in your role.

As a Guest Services Advisor, you'll build strong relationships with guests to enhance their holiday experience, resolve their issues, and exceed expectations. You will handle guest queries and complaints received via phone and online chat, going the extra mile every time.

The role is full-time, following this shift pattern: every Monday & Friday - 8:45-19:00 or 12:00-21:00/22:00 (depending on break type), and 3 out of 5 remaining days - 8:45-17:00. This is a 6-month fixed-term maternity cover contract, with potential for extension.
