L’ETO in London is hiring a Waiter/Waitress to deliver warm, attentive service from arrival to departure. You will explain menus, take orders, and ensure full table service while maintaining high standards during busy periods.

• Previous waiter experience.
• Warm, confident and engaging personality.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

• Good attention to detail and high personal standards.
• Reliability, punctuality and a professional attitude.
• Willingness to receive feedback, learn and develop.
• Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings and weekends.
• Two years waiting experience preferred.
• Experience providing full table service.
• Experience in a busy café or casual-dining restaurant.
• Confidence managing your own section.
• Good knowledge of food, drinks, allergens and suggestive selling.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests warmly and helping them find a suitable table.
• Explaining the menu and confidently recommending dishes, drinks and cakes.
• Taking orders accurately and delivering full table service.
• Checking on guests throughout their visit and responding quickly to requests.
• Managing your section efficiently during busy services.
• Working closely with the kitchen, bar and management teams.
• Processing bills and payments accurately.
• Making drinks when operationally required.
• Preparing the restaurant before service and completing closing duties.
• Cleaning and resetting tables promptly.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the dining areas, service stations and guest toilets.
• Following all food safety, allergen, hygiene and company procedures.
• Supporting colleagues wherever needed to keep the restaurant operating smoothly.
