You will help uphold the hotel’s service standards and act as an ambassador for the Leonardo Hotels estate, while respecting colleagues and guests alike.

Responsibilities

• Refresh towels and linen as required
• Strip and make beds
• Report maintenance issues and safety hazards
• Work as part of a vibrant team to exceed guest expectations
