Job summary

Staybridge Suites Newcastle is seeking a Customer-focused Food & Beverage Team Member to join our hotel dining team. You will help deliver warm, attentive service in a busy guest-facing environment, from greeting guests to coordinating with kitchen staff.

You will keep the dining area pristine, handle guest requests with care, and contribute to a memorable breakfast and on-site dining experience for guests staying for short or extended visits.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentive service, making their experience enjoyable from start to finish.
• Ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled whist keeping presentation standards high and timing smooth.
• Set up, clean, and reset tables and service areas, maintaining an inviting and well-organised dining space.
• Keep the dining area stocked by assisting with inventory and restocking supplies.
• Uphold hygiene and health and safety standards, ensuring a spotless and compliant workspace.
• Work closely with kitchen team to deliver a seamless service, supporting each other for a smooth operation.
