Job summary

Verde Resorts is seeking three Food and Beverage Assistants to join our Front of House team at Kilnwick Percy, York. The role is permanent and part-time, with 12–25 hours across varied days, including weekends and bank holidays. You will take orders, serve food and drinks, and help keep the restaurant and bar areas clean and welcoming.

We value teamwork, a positive work ethic and excellent guest service. A driving licence is advantageous for travel to the resort, and a competitive hourly rate

Qualifications

• Front of House experience or similar hospitality role is preferred.
• Strong teamwork and customer service orientation.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Responsibilities

• Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver promptly.
• Serve food and beverages ensuring quality service.
• Assist with clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation to a five-star standard.
• Support stock rotation and restocking of service areas.
• Handle cash transactions using the EPOS system.
