Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or similar role demonstrating ability to provide exceptional guest service.
• Effective communication and ability to build relationships with guests and colleagues.
• Punctual, well-presented, and professional in appearance.
• Familiarity with IT software; Opera knowledge advantageous.
