Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Front of House Host to support the onsite Management team with a passionate, energetic gold-standard service and a welcoming first impression for visitors and tenants.

You will oversee front-of-house operations including post, couriers, contractors, and sign-in procedures, and help enhance tenant experience through social media, site newsletters, and placemaking activities. A can-do, team-oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience with a positive impact on visitors and tenants
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Energetic, positive attitude and professional presentation

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming lobby and reception area for Clients and Tenants
• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they feel at home
• Represent the client with care and professionalism
• Collaborate with Building Management and contractors to support operations
• Address issues promptly and follow through to resolution
• Plan events and activations and manage social media updates for the site
• Meet KPIs and SLAs while sharing feedback for improvements
• Ensure a gold-standard experience in partnership with the wider site team
