  • Act as the first point of contact for guest enquiries throughout their stay, resolving requests quickly and thoughtfully
  • Assist with pre‑arrival correspondence and post‑departure follow‑ups to ensure each guest's journey feels personal and complete
  • Coordinate special requests, celebrations, and bespoke touches to create memorable moments
  • Support the Concierge with guest itineraries, private transfers, and tailored experiences across the Cotswolds
  • Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams to maintain the highest service and presentation standards
  • Maintain detailed local knowledge of attractions, restaurants, and experiences to offer thoughtful, informed recommendations
  • Represent the Daylesford Stays brand with poise, care, and consistency across all guest interactions
Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a calm and professional presence
  • Organised and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
  • Confidence with administrative duties and digital communication platforms
  • Local knowledge of the Cotswolds or enthusiasm to develop this rapidly
  • Full clean driving licence with at least three years of driving experience
  • Enhanced DBS certification required
  • Genuine passion for hospitality, nature, and creating thoughtful, lasting guest experiences
Salary & Benefits
  • Salary: £30,350 per annum OTE (base £25,774 plus £4,576 on target earning potential)
  • Hours: 40 hours per week, including weekend work
  • Discounts: Enjoy a range of discounts on our products, treatments, and dining experiences from day one
  • Volunteering Days: One paid day per year to volunteer with a charity of your choice
  • Private Medical: Subsidised private medical insurance through Bupa
  • Pension Scheme: Pay up to 9% of your salary into your pension each month with a 4.5% contribution from us
  • Life Assurance: Cover equivalent to one year of your annual salary
