Village Hotels - Bournemouth is seeking an engaging Reception Host. You will be the friendly face guiding guests to self-check-in, offering a warm welcome and hands-on help.

Your energy and people skills drive guest satisfaction and smooth operations across the lobby. You will resolve issues on the spot, upsell food and beverage, and maintain high front-of-house standards while handling cash and participating in briefings.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel experience is great, but attitude and energy matter more.
• Approachable with a larger than life personality.
• Genuinely love chatting to people.
• Willing to learn and grow in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• The Welcome: Owning the lobby, guiding guests to self-check-in and offering a warm, helpful face.
• The Problem Solving: Turning complaints into wins, diffusing tension on the spot.
• The Commercial Hustle: Upselling Food & Beverage, meetings and events to guests.
