• Natural people person with excellent communication skills.

• Confident with booking and POS systems (training provided).

• Flexible and reliable, willing to assist as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage hotel and restaurant bookings online and over the phone.
• Deliver exceptional guest relations for a personal experience.
• Host in the restaurant and greet guests warmly.
• Support the F&B team during service and private events.
• Work closely with the reception and management team.
