Job summary

Valor Hospitality is recruiting Food and Beverage Assistants for Seaton House, a new 5-star luxury hotel in St Andrews. You will join the Bar and Restaurant team, delivering exceptional service in dining areas, wine cellar, and terrace.

We seek dedicated individuals who can work across shifts, including evenings and weekends, to ensure guests have a memorable dining experience with a smile and professional manner.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests in an efficient and pleasant manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
• Support the Food and Beverage team in all operational duties, including setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory management.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of events and special functions.
• Ensure all areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times.
