• Ensure designated areas are cleaned to company standards to guarantee hygiene.
• Help control costs through ordering stock and minimising waste.
• Deal with any reasonable requests from guests in a professional manner.
• Strive to anticipate customer needs and respond to them to enhance satisfaction.
• Ensure all Health and Safety and Fire Safety standards are maintained.
