You will own day-to-day operation, develop a motivated team, and drive standards across service, hospitality, cleanliness and presentation to create a best-in-class dining experience for clients and diners.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a high-volume staff restaurant or similar operation.
• Strong leadership and customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation, developing a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Be highly visible during service, engaging with customers and responding quickly to feedback.
• Work closely with the culinary team to ensure food quality, presentation and service are consistently excellent.
• Drive service standards, hospitality, cleanliness and presentation.
• Take responsibility for budgets, labour and commercial targets where applicable.
• Coach and develop your team, creating clear progression opportunities and strong client relationships.
