The University of Edinburgh’s School of Neurological and Cardiovascular Sciences is seeking a part-time receptionist to join the BioQuarter Campus reception team on a permanent basis. Location will vary across five receptions at the BioQuarter Campus, supporting staff, students and visitors across the campus.

The postholder will provide comprehensive reception services and support to all staff, students, and visitors, serving as the primary point of contact for enquiries and visitor coordination. The role supports the smooth running of facilities, and security across the Campus, while also providing essential administrative backup during peak periods to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
