Job summary

Alina Homecare Group in Malvern is seeking a Care Assistant to deliver award-winning care in clients' homes, promoting independence and dignity. No prior experience required, with comprehensive training provided and a generous joining bonus of £500.

You will be involved in companionship, personal care, medication reminders, meal preparation, and light housekeeping while supporting clients to stay independent. Flexible hours and local work apply.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care including washing, dressing and toileting assistance.

• Accompanying clients to appointments and social activities.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in client health or wellbeing.
• Maintaining accurate care records and documentation.
