The Role

We’re hiring a GTM Strategy & Operations Associate — a high‑potential generalist who can move fast, think commercially, and help build the systems that power our next stage of growth.

You’ll work directly with leadership across Sales, Marketing, and BizOps, supporting the entire GTM motion — from pipeline generation and forecasting to process design and analytics.

As we scale, you may go on to own one of our key growth pillars or lead major cross‑functional projects that accelerate how we sell and market Wordsmith.

This role is ideal for someone from McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or a similar strategic or analytical background who’s ready to move from advising to executing — building the commercial engine of a fast‑scaling AI startup from the inside.

What You’ll Do
  • Work across Sales, Marketing, and Operations to design and optimise GTM systems
  • Support leadership on growth strategy, forecasting, and performance reviews
  • Help build scalable processes for pipeline, lead routing, and reporting
  • Analyse data to uncover insights and drive GTM efficiency
  • Coordinate high‑priority growth projects across multiple teams
  • Drive alignment — ensuring Marketing, SDRs, and Sales operate as one motion
  • Step into critical gaps as we scale and take ownership of high‑impact work
