Dizplai is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to build and run our marketing engine, driving qualified leads, starting new conversations, and supporting the sales team in winning business. This hands-on role focuses on execution and uses paid media selectively to achieve specific goals.

You’ll plan activity, coordinate teams, and deliver every week with measurable outcomes across lead gen, content, and campaigns.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience running multi-channel campaigns with measurable results.
• Ability to translate sales priorities into marketing plans and assets.
• Experience using HubSpot (or a similar CRM/marketing platform).
• Ability to coordinate content, distribution, and execution across multiple stakeholders.
• Structured, proactive approach—able to plan activity, maintain momentum, and coordinate delivery every week.

Responsabilidades

• Sales alignment and lead generation: Build marketing activity around sales priorities, target accounts and sectors.
• Website: Keep the website current, clearly communicate our services and showcase client results.
• Content and distribution: Coordinate case studies, thought leadership, product updates and sales content; build distribution across email, social, partners and direct outreach.
• Social: Support a consistent LinkedIn programme across the business and key team members.
• CRM and nurturing: Own the marketing use of HubSpot, including segmentation, lead capture, nurture journeys and handover to sales.
• Newsletters and email: Build regular communications for prospects, customers and partners, plus targeted campaigns to book conversations.
• Sales support: Equip the team with decks, case studies and follow-up materials.
• Owned and trade events: Build an annual calendar covering our own roundtables, webinars and customer events, plus conferences and trade shows.
