Carpe Diem Tours, headquartered in London, is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to rebuild our marketing function and own paid media, strategy and the direct booking funnel.

You will lead a small team, shape our brand across channels, and drive ROAS while expanding distribution across Europe. Hybrid working with 3 days in-office, 2 from home, requires a collaborative, results-driven marketer.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Proven track record running profitable PPC campaigns (Google Ads and Meta minimum).
• Experience with SEO, CRO and website performance.

Responsabilidades

• Define and deliver the overall marketing strategy with the CEO.
• Own paid media performance, manage freelancers, and run campaigns when needed.
• Own website performance, SEO, CRO and direct booking funnel with the tech team.
• Shape social strategy across Instagram, TikTok and other channels and guide the content lead.
• Lead, mentor and grow a small marketing team from day one.
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and OTA listings.
• Develop new channels and partnerships to drive demand and bookings.
• Turn strategy into integrated campaigns across channels with strong creative standards.
• Track performance and report insights to the CEO to inform next steps.
• Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency in creative, reporting and workflows.
