About the Role
This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you’ll create and execute campaigns, test new ideas, and run experiments to drive results across marketing channels. If you love rolling up your sleeves, working fast, and seeing the direct impact of your efforts, this role is for you.
You’ll work cross-functionally to improve Béa’s pre-purchase user journey into a user-centric experience that supports growth by improving engagement and supporting users' decision making. You’ll have the authority to allocate resources and manage a budget, create campaigns and explore new channels and growth opportunities. You’ll collaborate with freelancers to help you move faster, pulling in the support you need to build, launch and iterate growth experiments and drive the marketing funnel.

What You’ll Be Doing
1. Growth-Focused Experimentation, Campaign Creation and Execution
- Plan, create, and execute growth strategies across paid channels, taking ownership of the full campaign lifecycle.
- Create, ship and iterate growth experiments, using no-code tools where necessary to deliver growth experiments that drive a conversion funnel.
- Craft messaging and build creative assets for campaigns, with support from freelance designers to bring your ideas to life.
- Experiment with new channels and creative approaches/content types, designing experiments to test audience engagement, messaging and traction to identify new high-potential growth channels and content formats for Béa.
- Take ownership of email marketing, using Klaviyo to design, test, and optimize campaigns that nurture leads and drive conversion through the channel.
- Write compelling email copy and continuously experiment with A/B tests to refine messaging, format, and timing.
2. Data-Driven Insights and Reporting
- Set up and manage reporting systems to track performance of growth marketing campaigns and experiments throughout the funnel and multiple channels to track behaviour and identify areas for optimisation.
- Use tools like GA4, Airtable, and Klaviyo to analyze data, extract insights, and make actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for growth, reporting regularly to key internal stakeholders.
3. Driving Cross-Functional Projects
- Work tightly with the product team to align marketing efforts with product experience experiments, delivering cohesive and innovative campaigns that communicate product benefits to potential users.
- Collaborate with product teams, designers, and external contributors to build and test creative marketing ideas and campaigns that drive measurable growth.
Required Skills
- Hands-On Execution: You love getting stuck in and are comfortable managing execution end-to-end, from ideation to implementation. Ideally, you can get creative and build things, designing and shipping growth experiments, using no-code tools and other solutions to deliver innovative solutions that optimise performance at multiple stages of the marketing funnel.
- Creative Problem-Solving: You’re excited to brainstorm bold ideas and bring them to life in campaigns that resonate with our audience.
- Strong Technical Proficiency: Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager and related tools for paid channel management and analytics, comfort with automation tools (such as Zapier) and no-code solutions for building and shipping growth experiments (Typeform, etc.).
- Understanding of CRO for landing pages and funnels: you know how to build a high-performing marketing funnel and CRO strategy, and are comfortable executing on the strategy with a structured approach to managing CRO experiments.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills. You’re very comfortable in GA4, taking data and turning it into insight for senior stakeholders in the team.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: You’re a skilled writer and communicator, capable of creating compelling content and delivering clear updates.
- 5+ years of hands-on growth marketing experience.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with analytics tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude, and CRM tools like Airtable.
- Knowledge of video content creation (e.g., TikTok, Reels).
- Experience with design tools like Figma for creating basic campaign assets is a bonus.
- Exposure to community-building or user engagement strategies.
