Job summary

EasyPeasy is hiring a Growth Marketing Executive to drive multi-channel growth, engagement and measurable outcomes for our partner network. This remote UK-based role will partner with product, success, and commercial teams to scale our home-learning platform.

You will own end-to-end campaigns, optimise paid and organic channels, and help grow awareness and registrations across the UK. This position requires 4+ years in growth marketing and strong data-driven execution.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital acquisition.
• Strong hands-on experience with paid social advertising (Meta essential).
• Hands-on experience with copy, content and creative development (e.g. Canva).
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and GA4.
• Experience with SEO and/or content-driven growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver growth marketing strategy across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
• Build and optimise a multi-channel growth engine across paid, organic, and partner-led channels.
• Translate local authority priorities into targeted campaigns.
• Work with success and partner teams to raise local awareness in councils nationwide.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns to drive scalable acquisition.
• Run continuous A/B tests across creatives, messaging, and formats.
