Job summary

Rightio Subcontractor Ltd is seeking a proactive Marketing Assistant to join our growing marketing team in a fast-paced national business. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent marketing graduate or someone early in their marketing career, offering broad hands-on experience across multiple disciplines.

You will work closely with the Marketing Manager, supporting campaigns, research projects, reporting, email marketing, social media, and digital marketing administration to develop

Qualifications

• Degree, degree apprenticeship, relevant qualification, or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Previous marketing experience gained through internships, placements, degree apprenticeships, university projects, part-time roles, or employment is desirable
• Genuine interest in pursuing a long-term career in marketing
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Familiarity with building marketing emails and social media content is beneficial
• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels, including PPC, social media, email marketing and SEO, is advantageous
• Positive, proactive, and willing to support wider team objectives
• Ability to work independently whilst contributing to a collaborative team environment
• Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and marketing techniques

Responsibilities

• Marketing Campaign Support: coordinate and deliver campaigns across multiple channels
• Research & Growth Initiatives: support growth projects and competitive research
• Social Media Support: schedule posts and maintain content calendars
• Digital Marketing & Reporting Support: assist with PPC, spreadsheets, trackers and reports
• General Administration & Cross-Department Support: provide admin support and organise assets
