Job summary

Bending Spoons is looking for a talented, driven, and collaborative individual to join our high-ambition team. You’ll learn our product, understand its business model, and use AI, automation, and analytics to uncover growth opportunities.

You’ll design and run rigorous experiments with real users, partnering with designers, engineers, and analysts to translate insights into action, then scale winning ideas across the product to drive impact.

A few examples of your responsibilities

• Understand. Build deep knowledge of your product, its business model, and the key levers driving growth.
• Analyze. Use AI, automation, and advanced analytics to explore high-performing campaigns, identify patterns in user and product data, and generate actionable insights.
• Ideate. Turn insights, experiment results, competitor research, and AI-assisted exploration into hypotheses and identify opportunities to improve growth and monetization.
• Test. Design and run rigorous experiments with real users, partnering closely with designers, engineers, and analysts to bring ideas to life and iterate quickly based on results.
• Scale. Roll out winning ideas broadly, and use learnings from each experiment to shape the next cycle of discovery and testing.

• Competitive pay and access to company equity at a discount. Typical annual salary offers range from £85,797 to £151,436 in London and from €66,065 to €107,837 elsewhere in Europe. The lower end of these ranges applies to candidates with little or no relevant experience, while exceptionally experienced candidates may receive offers of up to £316,052 in London or €240,330 elsewhere in Europe. Candidates offered a permanent contract may choose to receive part of their compensation in discounted company equity.

After that, you’re welcome to work from one of our offices, or remotely from approved countries—depending on what we agree at the offer stage.
