Qualifications

• Experience in a Commercial Manager, Business Development Manager, or similar role.
• Strong commercial acumen with responsibility for revenue growth.
• Experience developing strategic business plans and delivering growth initiatives.
• Outstanding stakeholder management skills with ability to build relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial growth strategy.
• Identify opportunities to increase private patient activity (self-pay, insured, international).
• Build relationships with consultants, referrers, insurers and partners.
• Lead business development initiatives to generate new revenue streams.
• Produce business cases and growth plans to support expansion.
• Collaborate with operational and clinical teams to maximise capacity and utilisation.
• Review pricing structures and financial performance to stay competitive.
• Monitor revenue performance and report to senior stakeholders.
• Lead marketing and promotional initiatives to raise awareness.
• Drive service improvements for patient experience and efficiency.
• Ensure activity complies with governance and regulatory frameworks.
