Ohana is seeking a proactive GWS Summer Intern / community lead in London, with remote options. You will help scale Girls Who Sublet by launching an affiliate program, recruiting ambassadors, and expanding city communities online and offline. Collaborate directly with the founders on high-impact projects that touch thousands of members.

You will build partnerships, recruit city founders, and test growth ideas weekly, supporting communities in multiple cities worldwide.

Responsabilidades

• Build and launch the Girls Who Sublet affiliate program to reward referrals.
• Recruit and onboard affiliate ambassadors from universities and local communities.
• Help launch new Instagram and Facebook city communities globally.
• Identify and interview City Founders to lead local chapters.
• Reach out to creators and student orgs to grow awareness.
• Collect feedback and iterate on referral and community experiences.
