• Experience in an office-based role such as sales support, customer service, administration, marketing or buying.
• Confident using Excel and analysing data.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proactive and keen to learn.
• Degree educated or equivalent commercial experience.
• Interest in retail and consumer trends.

Responsibilities

• Support the Category team with market analysis, reporting and commercial projects.
• Analyse sales data and customer trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Assist with the planning and delivery of category and promotional campaigns.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Buying and supplier partners on key initiatives.
• Maintain product information and category documentation.
• Support the development of product ranges and category plans.
• Produce reports and presentations to support decision-making.
• Coordinate activity across multiple departments to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Provide general commercial and administrative support to the wider team.
