Qualifications

• Marketing experience or a marketing-related qualification.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, email marketing, and social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive, enthusiastic, and collaborative approach to work.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and marketing systems/CRM platforms.
• An interest in analysing campaign performance and using data to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, PR, print, and event channels.
• Create and distribute engaging marketing content, including emails, newsletters, social media posts, and promotional materials.
• Assist with website updates, digital marketing activity, and lead generation campaigns.
• Build, schedule, and optimise email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation and automation workflows.
• Manage social media content calendars and help create engaging content across multiple platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and compile reports on key marketing metrics and KPIs.
• Maintain CRM systems, databases, and audience records to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Support the production and promotion of events, webinars, and online content.
• Assist with partnership, sponsorship, and stakeholder marketing activities.
• Contribute ideas and insights to improve campaign performance and audience engagement.
