Eden Rose is seeking an experienced Financial Adviser to join its Midlands hybrid operation across multiple locations. The role offers a competitive package including £75,000–£85,000 base plus 25% new business bonus, net new money bonus, long-term incentive and pension benefits, with flexible office attendance across the Midlands.

You will manage high-value client portfolios, provide comprehensive wealth planning advice, and actively develop new opportunities to support the firm’s ambitious

Qualifications

• Experienced Financial Adviser with track record of managing client relationships.
• Strong ability to advise on pensions, investments, retirement and wealth planning.
• Commercially minded with appetite to generate new business.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop long-term relationships with high-value clients.
• Deliver independent financial advice across pensions, investments, retirement, wealth planning.
• Develop new business and grow client base, leveraging Paraplanning and Admin teams.
