Responsibilities

• Manage email marketing campaigns and segment databases to maximise revenue from CRM.
• Copywrite and design emails to promote events (webinars/conferences).
• Continuously learn and improve future campaigns and strategies.
• Acquire and activate reactive leads.
• Coordinate with Content and Sales to target the right audience.
• Manage marketing inbox to drive ticket sales and registrations.
