Retail Insights in London is seeking an Email Campaign Manager to lead email marketing initiatives for our events and platform. You will own campaigns, segment our databases, and collaborate with the Content and Sales teams to optimise outreach and ticket sales.

The role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent English communication, and a UK work permit. Start date is flexible and office-based next to Victoria Station.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage email marketing campaigns, segmenting databases and maximising revenue opportunities from CRM and customer data.
• Copywrite and design emails and campaigns to drive focus towards events (webinars and conferences).
• Continuously learn and improve future campaigns and strategies.
• Acquire and activate reactive leads.
• Coordinate with Content and Sales to reach the right target group.
• Sell tickets and drive registrants by managing the marketing inbox.
