Job summary

Confidential is seeking an eCommerce Account Manager to grow a portfolio of brand partners across marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay. You will manage listings, pricing, stock and promotions, balancing relationship management with trading and operational delivery.

With 3–5 years in ecommerce or agency account management, you will analyse sales data, optimise listings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive performance and margin.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in an ecommerce, client services or agency account manager role.
• Experience working within ecommerce or marketplace environments.
• Exposure to platforms like Amazon or eBay.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Commercial mindset with an interest in trading and performance.
• Confident working with data and reporting.
• Great communication skills and ability to manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the main point of contact for your brand partners, building strong relationships
• Managing listings, pricing, stock and availability to optimise sales and margin
• Planning and executing promotions across marketplaces
• Supporting product launches and ensuring listings are accurate and optimised
• Analysing performance data (sales, margin, conversion, stock) and making recommendations
• Delivering regular reports and insights to both internal stakeholders and clients
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign and operational delivery
• Supporting stock flow and maintaining healthy stock turn
