Lovable is seeking a Marketing Growth Engineer to sit between marketing and engineering and accelerate growth. You’ll build tools, automations and agents, while shaping measurement across Meta, Google, and emerging channels to maximize ROI.

You’ll own experiments, landing pages, and first-run moments that accelerate user value, working with design, data and partnerships to ship rapid, measurable growth.”

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building and growing user-facing products in high-performing teams.
• Experience with growth work across marketplaces/platforms or communities.
• Strong product sense and UX taste for multi-sided systems.
• Knowledge of Meta Pixel and Google Ad Network APIs; data from ad networks experience.

Responsibilities

• Build the tools marketing runs on: replace manual work with tools, automations or agents.
• Shape what gets built with design, marketing, data, partnerships.
• Own how we measure marketing: trace spend from first click to revenue across Meta, Google and newer channels.
• Make experimentation cheap & fast: set up events, funnels and A/B testing to test ideas quickly.
• Turn the website into a growth surface: ship landing pages and signup flows that drive value fast.
• Keep Growth integrated with product heritage, not bolted on.
