Job summary

People Solutions is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative at Swan Valley, Northampton, on a full-time temp-to-perm basis. The role covers a rotation shift pattern (AM/PM) with a Monday–Friday schedule and competitive pay (£14.00 per hour base, £21.00 overtime).

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or warehousing roles.
• Comfort using hand tools and related equipment.
• Reliable and hardworking with ability to work in a team.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
• Must reside in the Northampton region.
• Must be available for full-time work.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing processes in a busy production environment.
• Move materials, load and unload goods, feed production lines.
• Use hand tools and cutting equipment as required.
• Perform basic assembly and preparation tasks.
• Complete stock checks and basic documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment and collaborate with teams.
