Qualifications

• Proven track record of scaling user bases from tens of thousands upwards.
• Comfortable with various marketing strategies and hands-on execution.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing strategy to grow from 18k to 100k+ users.
• Define and optimise acquisition, activation, retention and referral KPIs.
• Lead CRM across email, push, and in-app.
• Build and improve referral, rewards, and segmentation strategies.
• Manage paid performance via freelancers.
