Job summary

A recruitment consultancy is looking for an energetic Sales Manager to drive new business and develop key accounts in the logistics sector. This permanent, full-time role offers a base salary of approximately £45,000 plus up to 50% annual performance bonus. The ideal candidate will have a strong B2B sales background and proven experience managing the sales cycle.   • Identifying and winning new business across key sectors.
  • Developing tailored solutions in collaboration with operational teams.
  • Leading proposal, quoting and tender activity.
  • Managing and growing existing customer accounts.
  • Providing accurate forecasting and reporting.
