Job summary

Private Equity Insights Ltd is recruiting in London for a growth-focused marketing role. You will help build the world’s largest network of PE investors, craft high-converting copy, map investors, and deploy AI to outperform larger teams. You’ll own marketing channels, drive revenue, and work closely with senior leadership.

The role is full-time, in-person at our London WeWork. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience, holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, and has a valid UK work permit.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in growth marketing or similar roles.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree with strong results.
• UK work permit; visa sponsorship not offered.
• Strong work ethic with urgency and ownership.
• Ambition to build scalable systems and learn continuously.
• Proactive, humble, and collaborative mindset.
• Interest in building companies and developing people.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for conferences.

Responsibilities

• Build the audience and convert funds into our community with precise messaging.
• Own marketing channels that drive revenue through existing and new tactics.
• Write copy that persuades emails, landing pages and posts; scale with AI.
• Sprint, test, and implement experiments; optimize offers and pages.
• Build repeatable processes and AI workflows for future wins.
• Do whatever it takes to win, including hands-on execution when needed.
