Omnicom Media is seeking a Managing Partner, Growth Analytics to lead day-to-day delivery and the commercial performance of our Growth Analytics capability across priority client engagements. Qualifications

• Significant experience in analytics, data science, measurement or marketing effectiveness, including senior client-facing or consulting roles.
• Proven track record leading complex, multi-disciplinary analytics engagements for large advertisers.
• Strong commercial acumen in scoping, pricing and growing accounts; able to articulate commercial value of analytics.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior point of contact for major client engagements, translating technical findings into actionable strategies for senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross‑functional project workflows across data science, audience analytics, data management, visualization and martech.
• Define the strategic roadmap for the Data, Technology & Analytics proposition, shaping team structures and methodologies.
• Coach senior practitioners and build high‑performing, inclusive teams; contribute to new business through pitches and proposals.
