Join Our Group Sales Team as a Groups & Event Planner

What You’ll Be Doing

As our new Groups & Event Planner, you’ll be the go-to expert for managing all confirmed group bookings across our hotels. Your mission: ensure every detail is flawlessly executed and every guest experience is seamless.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
  • Coordinating all aspects of group bookings—from deposits and invoices to rooming lists and last-minute changes.
  • Managing cut-off dates and ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Keeping hotel systems up to date with accurate inventory and group data.
  • Maintaining well-organized files for each group account.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Revenue Management, and Captains to align on upcoming groups.
  • Supporting forecasts for group room nights and event revenue.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED; 2 years’ experience in the sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or related professional area or degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; no work experience required.
  • Knowledge of the group planning process
  • Team player
  • Any experience with booking / managing Meeting & Events is a big plus!
