Do you have extensive experience group reservations? A successful and well-established tour operator is seeking a Groups Executive to join their friendly and busy team in London. As a Groups Reservations Executive you will be overseeing the operations of the groups and ensure that clients' expectations and requirements are more than met.

Responsibilities
  • Sales and acquisition of new accounts and ad hoc groups
  • Design, quote and operate series and ad hoc groups (flights, hotels, transport, etc.)
  • Negotiating and confirming group contracts with international suppliers
  • Organise and attend workshops and trade shows
  • Accompany the groups (if required)
Qualifications and Skills
  • A minimum of one year's experience within the travel industry.
  • Ability to research events, incentive, conference market
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Proven experience of preparing quotes and operating groups
  • The ability to speak a second European language is highly desirable
Compensation and Working Conditions
  • A competitive basic salary of £28,000 - £30,000 (DOE) + bonus
  • Monday - Friday: 9am - 6pm
  • Hybrid working
