Job summary

The Ardonagh Group is seeking an experienced Group Treasury Manager to lead the Kyriba rollout and shape the treasury infrastructure across multiple jurisdictions. You will act as the internal project lead, partner with finance, banking and technology teams, and drive treasury best practices with hands-on execution.

Reporting to the Group Treasurer, you will manage system governance, data quality, and integrations with D365, Anaplan and Power BI, while supporting cash management and automation

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Kyriba and leading Treasury Management System implementations.
• Strong treasury project management experience.
• Background in corporate treasury or related services.
• Knowledge of banking systems, treasury ops and payment protocols.
• Experience managing stakeholders across dispersed teams.
• Analytical with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Accounting qualification is desirable.

Are you an experienced Treasury professional with a strong background in Treasury Management Systems and transformation projects? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, international environment where you can combine technical expertise with strategic project leadership?

We're looking for a Group Treasury Manager to join a rapidly growing, Private Equity-backed global insurance broker. Reporting to the Group Treasurer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the Group's treasury infrastructure, leading the ongoing rollout and optimisation of the Kyriba Treasury Management System across an expanding international business.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing treasury team acting as an internal bank, supporting growth through both organic expansion and M&A activity.

The Opportunity

As the Group Treasury Manager, you'll take ownership of the Group's Treasury Management System strategy and implementation, driving best practice, improving controls, and supporting treasury operations across multiple jurisdictions.

Working closely with finance teams, banking partners, and technology stakeholders, you'll lead key treasury transformation initiatives while remaining hands-on within a small, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

Treasury Management System (Kyriba) Leadership

• Lead the ongoing implementation and rollout of Kyriba across the Group.




• Act as the internal project lead, coordinating multiple workstreams and stakeholders.




• Manage relationships with external implementation partners to ensure successful delivery.




• Oversee user access, licence allocation, training and system support.




• Drive data integrity and governance processes, including quarterly compliance reviews.




• Evaluate and support the implementation of additional Kyriba modules and treasury functionality.




• Support integrations between Kyriba, Microsoft D365, Anaplan, Power BI and other financial systems.




• Collaborate with banking partners to establish connectivity and onboarding plans across multiple jurisdictions.




• Act as System Administrator across Kyriba Cash Management, Payments, Financial Transactions and Financial Accounting modules.

Treasury & Cash Management

• Manage and administer the Group's banking platforms.




• Support cash concentration and pooling initiatives.




• Assist with daily cash positioning and money market fund activity.




• Lead treasury automation and process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and control.




• Provide broader treasury support and contribute to strategic treasury initiatives across the Group.

About You

We're looking for an ambitious treasury professional who combines strong technical knowledge with excellent stakeholder management and project delivery capabilities.

You’ll ideally bring:

• Proven experience working with Kyriba and leading Treasury Management System implementations.




• Strong treasury project management experience.




• A background within corporate treasury, treasury consultancy, implementation services, or a combination of these environments.




• Detailed understanding of banking systems, treasury operations and payment protocols.




• Experience managing multiple stakeholders across geographically dispersed businesses.




• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.




• Accounting qualification (desirable, not essential).




• The adaptability and enthusiasm to work within a hands-on, collaborative treasury team.
